The purpose of this event is to identify and mark seed bearing black (aka brown) ash trees for the Somerset Woods Trustees seed collection program. The seed collection program aims to collect seeds from black ash across SWT properties and preserves as a response to the continued spread of emerald ash borer.

RESCHEDULED from May 10! Come birding with us on International Migratory Bird Day. We’ll search for warblers and learn about the management changes we are making at Jackson Woods Preserve to benefit grassland nesting birds.
