Practice for your soul, provide for your forest.
We believe in the wisdom of 'Chop Wood, Carry Water’ - before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment, chop wood, carry water.
Join Jill of Wood & Water Yoga for a yoga retreat at Parkman Hill Farm. The day will include yoga, hiking, meditation, and food. PLUS! An optional yoga teacher training after lunch. The tentative retreat schedule can be found here. Whether you’re new to yoga or a teacher, this is a beautiful way to connect with and serve community, learn about and practice seva and yoga, and support an important cause, during one of the most beautiful months in Maine.
