Join Constance Woodworth of WorthIt Nature & Forest Therapy Connections for a gentle, guided experience in nature. This slow-paced walk invites you to slow down, be present, and connect with the land—and with those who matter most.
What is forest bathing?
Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, is a guided nature immersion practice that originated in Japan. It encourages slowing down, noticing the natural world with all five senses, and fostering a deeper connection to the environment. Unlike a hike or workout, forest bathing is about presence, not pace—it’s a restorative practice that supports mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Constance is a certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs based in California and is currently studying to become a Maine Master Naturalist. Through forest bathing, she hopes to help both the local community and visitors build a stronger, more mindful connection with the natural world.
