Join the Skowhegan Free Public Library and Somerset Woods Trustees for a hike this spring!

Our Destination: The Coburn Woods vernal pool

We will search for frogs, salamanders, and their eggs. The library will have a vernal pool STEM kit to gather water samples in search of micro-fauna, as well as a small field guide to identify our various amphibian friends.

Please arrive 10 minutes early. All ages are welcome. The hike is about 1 mile round trip.
